Breakdown Repairs

We respond as promptly as possible to breakdown calls. If we receive a call before 9.00am. we are often able to arrange for an engineer to deal with the problem the same day, by diverting him from his scheduled work. If we are not informed of the breakdown until later in the day, we would expect to arrange a visit the following day.

If a breakdown occurs, we are available for existing customers seven days per week (including Bank Holidays), with telephone contact until 11pm.

We carry a wide range of spares for equipment we have fitted, in order to minimise the risk of delay in resolving breakdowns.
