General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The GDPR is an European Union (EU) Regulation which affects how businesses and other organisations hold and process personal data about EU citizens. The UK is likely to keep the same rules for UK citizens after Brexit as well.

The changes don’t alter what we use your personal information for, but make it easier for you to find out how we use and protect your information.

Your personal information is an important part of our service.  For instance, it allows us to let you know when your service is due, offer a provisional service date, respond to your telephone enquiries and reply to your emails.

The fact that the law is changing only builds on what we already do today – and that is to give your personal information the respect and security it deserves.

There’s nothing you need to do right now, but if you’d like to find out more, do take a look at our Privacy Policy.
